Wine and Cigarettes

As a rule, where one drinks, there he smokes. Other smoke only when they drink. There is also another group of people - heavy smokers who try but cannot give up smoking. Namely for such people doctors have composed some advices how to give up smoking in a “clever” way – without doing harm to one’s health.

         Here are 10 useful advices:

  • Drink more water. Heavy smokers must drink about a liter of fresh water every day. Water helps to remove toxins, stimulates the work of kidneys, avoid nicotine concentration and negative influence on urinary bladder.
  • Smother the cigarette half-smoked. Cigarette smoke is more harmful at the end of the cigarette.
  • Smoke filter cigarettes. Filters hold over 30% of nicotine. Cigarettes with charcoal filters absorb both nicotine and harmful substances.
  • Don’t hold the cigarette for long in the mouth. Toxic gases from cigarettes have pernicious influence on the skin.
  • Go in for sport a little but not much. Intensive sport activities may be dangerous for heavy smokers. Physical activities make the heart work faster while nicotine narrows arteries and hinder blood current.
  • Try not to smoke menthol cigarettes. Menthol intensifies the acidity of some toxins in the weed.
  • Preferably to smoke dark tobacco. Light tobacco is more harmful as for its manufacturing are used dyestuff, flavorings and conservatives.
  • Use natural antidotes for tobacco smoke. Most effective ones are fruits and vegetables such as carrot, turnip, garlic, oranges.
  • Drink green tea. Namely green tea contains substances which help to clear the bronchi from nicotine.
  • Take vitamins. The toxins in the tobacco contribute to accumulating of pathogenic molecules which can lead to cancer formations. In order to neutralize them take vitamins E, C, D and selenium. These are rich in black currant, apricots, figs, grapes, apples, pears, melons, pumpkin, cabbage, lettuce, egg-plants.
