A Record Feast

In one of the London restaurants six bankers have dined to the sum of 44,000 pound sterling! High-raking managers of an investment company - a member of Barclays Bank group - ordered a luxurious meal with selected wines from the collection of 1940's (10,000 pound for a bottle). According to the words of waiters the bankers didn't even raise their eyebrows when they were brought an astronomic bill. Tip was also respective - four-digit.

By the way, the bankers from Barclays broke the previous record of the most expensive dinner held by a Czech financier Victor Kozheniy in London in 1997. Three men spent 13,000 pound sterling on their dinner. The meal was registered in Guinness Book. Will the dinner of Barclays bankers be registered in Guinness Book is not known.
