King of wines

Elvis Presley is to be further immortalised with the news that he's to become a bottle of wine.

The King Of Rock'n'Roll is the inspiration for the 'Graceland Cellars Line' manufactured by Signature Wines in California, USA.

Blue Suede Chardonnay, A King Cabernet Sauvignon and Jailhouse Red Merlot have been created in tribute to Elvis , who died on August 16, 1977.

"We are very proud of the wines we have created to honor the King of Rock and Roll," explained Scott Cahill , the CEO of Signature Wines.

"Our wineries have worked hard to put the same care into our wines that Elvis put into his music. We think fans of wine and Elvis will agree."
